How to connect to Extended Stay America Wi-Fi?
- Open Settings and Turn on Wi-Fi ·
- Connect to the “ESAconnect” Wi-Fi network.
- You will be connected to the Extended Stay America Wi-Fi.
The SSID may be different depending on the Extended Stay America property you are staying in.
You may be asked to provide your Room Number, Guest’s Last Name, or Access Code to complete your connection.
You may upgrade to Enhanced Internet service for up to four times faster internet speeds. Additional charges apply.
Can’t open Property Portal page?
- If you are not automatically redirected to the Hotel’s property portal page, open a browser and type http://wifi.esa.com in the address bar.
- Alternatively, try to open http://8.8.8.8 or http://captive.apple.com and it should redirect you to the captive portal page.
- Go to Wi-Fi settings and select “ESAconnect” Wi-Fi network and click Forget This Network and Turn Auto-Join off and try again.
